July 15, 1986 MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 23 EXPANDING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE FISCAL INCENTIVES REVIEW BOARD (FIRB) The composition of the Fiscal Incentives Review Board is hereby expanded as follows: Chairman - Minister of Finance Member - Minister of Trade and Industry - Minister of the Budget - Director General of the National Economic and Development Authority - Commissioner of Internal Revenue - Commissioner of Customs - Director of the National Tax Research Center This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately. July 15, 1986
