February 24, 1988 MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 159 AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO.118 DATED OCTOBER 15, 1987 Effective immediately and until further advice, the following arrangements in the signing authority of officials in this Office are hereby authorized: 1. Communications to the following government agencies shall be signed only by the Secretaries (Executive Secretary, Deputy Executive Secretary, Assistant Executive Secretaries and Presidential Finance Assistant): Department of Finance, Central Bank of the Philippines, Bureau of Customs, Bureau of Internal Revenue and Commission on Immigration and Deportation. 2. The Deputy Executive Secretary is authorized to assign other matters not covered by No. 1 to other officials and carry out other measures to achieve the objective to rationalize the signing authority in this Office. This accordingly amends Memorandum Order No. 118, dated October 15, 1987. Manila, February 24, 1988
