May 3, 1994 MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 90 REVOKING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO.1237 DATED MARCH 10, 1982, AS IMPLEMENTED BY MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO.1238 DATED MARCH 29, 1982 Concomitant with the privatization of the majority of stockholdings of Philippine Air Lines (PAL), Memorandum Circular No. 1237, dated March 10, 1982, entitled "REQUIRING OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE GOVERNMENT, BOTH NATIONAL AND LOCAL, INCLUDING GOVERNMENT-OWNED OR CONTROLLED CORPORATIONS, THEIR SUBSIDIARIES AND ACQUIRED ASSETS ON OFFICIAL TRIPS TO TRAVEL VIA PHILIPPINE AIR LINES (PAL) OR THROUGH ITS CONNECTIONS" as implemented by M.C. No. 1258, dated March 29, 1984, is hereby revoked. This Circular shall take effect immediately. Manila, 03 May 1994
