Participation on Official Time of Gov't. Civil Engineers in the 30th National Convention of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers, Inc.

November 19, 2004 MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 76 AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION ON OFFICIAL TIME OF CIVIL ENGINEERS IN VARIOUS GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS IN THE 30TH NATIONAL CONVENTION OF THE PHILIPPINE INSTITUTE OF CIVIL ENGINEERS, INC. The Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers, Inc. (PICE), will hold its National Convention and Annual Election on November 25 to 27, 2004 at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), Pasay City. HIcTDE In this connection, civil engineers in various government agencies and local government units are hereby authorized to attend the above-mentioned Convention on official time only , at no cost to the government except payment of their salaries, provided such attendance will not adversely affect the functions of their respective offices as well as the delivery of services to the public.
