September 3, 1993 MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 69 DIRECTING ALL DEPARTMENT HEADS TO CONDUCT CONSULTATIONS/DIALOGUE WITH THE PARTICIPANTS FROM THE PRIVATE SECTOR WITHIN THEIR AREAS OF CONCERN SO AS TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE PROBLEM AND/OR CONFLICT AREAS DURING THE SEPTEMBER 8, 1993 ECONOMIC SUMMIT AND TO DESIGNATE THEIR RESPECTIVE REPRESENTATIVES TO SIT IN THE SIX (6) WORKSHOP GROUPS DURING THE SAID SUMMIT TO PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT 1. In preparation for the Summit to be held on September 8, 1993, all Department Heads are enjoined to conduct consultations/dialogues with the private sector/s participating in the Summit within their respective areas of concern for the purpose of minimizing if not eliminating possible problem/conflict areas during the Summit. 2. All Department Heads are likewise directed to have at least one (1) representative who should be prepared to answer questions and provide technical support to the chairman of each of the six (6) workshop groups during the September 8, 1993 Summit.
