December 15, 1988 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 009-88 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to endorse to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the BUREAU OF TREASURY in the amount of P185,448,020 . 00 , representing documentary stamp taxes due therefrom on the Treasury Bills and Treasury Notes issued by the National Government for the period January 1, 1988 to September 30, 1988: Provided , That such amount shall be chargeable against the Tax Expenditures Fund, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93. cdt (SGD.)
