February 21, 2011 DOF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 015-11 ( Declared Overtaken by Events by D.O. 29-16 ) In the exigency of the service and in view of the official trip abroad of Undersecretary Gil S. Beltran from February 21 to 28, 2011, Assistant Secretary MA. TERESA S. HABITAN is hereby designated as alternate countersignatory for Disbursement Voucher and Check issued by the Department in the amount in excess of P500,000.00.
