RAMIREZ, Corporate Board Secretary of the Mactan-Cebu International Airport Authority (MCIAA), do hereby certify that, in a meeting held on 14 October 2016, the Board passed the following resolution: caITAC RESOLUTION NO. 2016-2360 "RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that the grant of authority to GMR/MEGAWIDE Cebu Airport Corporation (GMCAC) to increase the aircraft parking and lighting fees and tacking fees; and authority to Management to proceed with the publication thereof, be approved, as it is hereby approved. RESOLVED FURTHER, to authorize Management the amendment of the Administrative Order (AO) reflecting the increases of fees applied for, effective 01 November 2016." CATEGORY RATES in US$ 2.1.1 Up to 50,000 kgs. First Half hour $1.73 Each Additional Half hour thereafter or fraction thereof $2.66 2.1.2 From 50,001 to First Half hour $17.26 100,000 kgs. Each Additional Half hour thereafter or fraction thereof $3.78 2.1.3 From 100,001 kgs.
