Espinosa - City Councilor MASBATE CITY ORDINANCE NO. 101-08 AMENDING ARTICLE 67 SECTION 367 (D) OF THE REVENUE CODE OF THE CITY OF MASBATE Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Masbate, in session assembled that: SECTION 1. Title. This ordinance shall be known as "Ordinance amending Article 67 Section 367 (D) of the Revenue Code of the City of Masbate". SECTION 2. Administrative Provision . Article 67 Section 367 (D) of the Revenue Code of the City of Masbate is hereby amended and shall read as follows: D. Ice Plant (1) Rate of Ice: a. Whole Ice per block Php230.00 b. Crushed Ice per block 245.00 SECTION 3. Repealing Clause. All other provision of the Revenue Code not affected by this amendment shall be in full force and effect. Ordinances, rules and regulations or parts thereof, whose provisions are in conflict with, or contrary to, the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed, amended, or modified accordingly. SECTION 4. Effectivity. This ordinance shall be published in three (3) consecutive weeks in a local publication or newspaper of general circulation and shall take effect after ten (10) days of the last day of publication.
