October 15, 2009 MARKET REGULATION DEPARTMENT NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Commission En Banc in its meeting of 15 October 2009, granted clearance for the exposure of the Proposed Chart of Accounts for Brokers and Dealers in Securities for the purpose of soliciting comments from the public. It is suggested that comments shall refer to specific account and proposal shall be with justification. Written comments on the subject Proposed Chart of Accounts may be submitted on or before 19 November 2009 addressed to Director Jose P. Aquino, Market Regulation Department, 6th Floor, SEC Building, EDSA Greenhills, Mandaluyong City. You may also submit your comments electronically through this email address, [emailprotected].
