January 29, 2013 MANILA CITY ORDINANCE NO. 8295 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING TAX RELIEF FROM PAYMENT OF INTEREST AND SURCHARGES OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF ONGPIN STREET AND G. PUYAT STREET AND F. TORRES STREET RELATIVE TO THE REAL ESTATE TAX STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT OF NCS GLOBAL REALTY, INCORPORATED PRINCIPAL AUTHORS: Hon. Joel R. Chua and Hon. Maria Sheilah H. Lacuna-Pangan, Majority Floor Leader Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT: AcTHCE SECTION 1. The local government units may, through ordinances duly approved, grant tax exemptions, incentives or reliefs under such terms and conditions as they may deem necessary. (Section 192, RA 7160) SECTION 2.Tax relief from the payment of interest and surcharges of the property located at the corner of Ongpin Street and G. Puyat Street and F. Torres Street is hereby granted relative to the real estate tax statement of account of NCS Global Realty, Inc. SECTION 3. Effectivity Clause. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
