Article V, Section 32-B of Ordinance No. 7988, otherwise known as the Revenue Code of the City of Manila, is hereby amended by incorporating thereto a new provision, which shall read as follows: "Article V. Other Fees. There are hereby imposed fees for the establishment of line and grade, verification survey, linear and peripheral distance and pole location on roads and lots within the City of Manila, as follows: A. ESTABLISHMENT OF LINE AND GRADE a.) Advanced Line and Grade for New Construction 1. All sides fronting or abutting streets, esteros, rivers and creeks 1.a) First 10 meters PhP300.00 (min.) 1.b) Every meter or a fraction thereof in excess of 120 meters PhP20.00 2. All other sides (every meter or fraction thereof) PhP10.00 3. #1 + #2 equals the total cost, whichever is higher 4. Minimum Line and Grade for New Construction and for occupancy PhP200.00 b.) Verification survey of private lots and border complaints for every 300 sq.m. and an additional Php1,000 for every 300 sq.m. thereafter PhP2,000.00 B. VERIFICATION FEES PhP300.00 1. Business Permit cADEHI 2. House Numbering 3. Certifications C. POLE LOCATION VERIFICATION PhP200.00/pole 1. Electric power lines 2. Landline telephone lines 3. Mobile telephone cell sites, transmitters, receivers and other telecommunications devices D. OFFICIAL MAP OF THE CITY OF MANILA 1. Black and White PhP200.00 2. Colored PhP250.00 E. CERTIFIED TRUE COPY 1. Cadastral maps 2. Plans/maps 3. Office files F. COMPUTERIZED LOT TITLE VERIFICATION/LOCATION PLAN FOR AREAS OF LOT IN SQUARE METERS (Sq.m.) 1. Less than 150 PhP1,000.00 2. More than 150 but less than 300 PhP1,500.00 3. More than 300 but less than 450 PhP2,000.00 4. More than 450 but less than 600 PhP2,500.00 5. More than 600 but less than 750 PhP3,000.00 6. More than 750 but less than 900 PhP3,500.00 7. More than 900 but less than 1,000 PhP4,000.00 8. More than 1,000 PhP5,000.00 The computerized lot/title verification must be availed of once every three (3) years and/or as reference document for construction/improvements/buying and selling of property." ADcHES SECTION 2. Measures for public information on the rates provided for herein and the requirement for issuance of official receipts be constituted. SECTION 3. Granting authority to the Drafting and Survey Division, as well as the Department of Assessment and Building Permits Office, to render verification or inspection of any lots within the City of Manila. SECTION 4. All ordinances or parts thereof which are inconsistent with this Ordinance or parts hereof shall be deemed amended, repealed or modified accordingly. SECTION 5. Effectivity Clause. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted by the City Council of Manila at its regular session today, November 15, 2005. Approved by His Honor, the Mayor, on December 23, 2005.
