Sub-Paragraph 4 (Solemnization) of Paragraph C, Section 35 of Ordinance No. 7988, otherwise known as the Amended Revenue Code of the City of Manila, is hereby deleted. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall immediately take effect upon its approval. Enacted by the City Council of Manila at its regular session today, April 21, 2005. Approved by His Honor, the Mayor, on May 16, 2005.
