August 20, 2002 MANILA CITY ORDINANCE NO. 8043 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING VIVA PRODUCTIONS A ONE HUNDRED PERCENT (100%) REBATE OF AMUSEMENT TAX FOR THE SHOWING OF THE MOVIE "IKAW LAMANG HANGGANG NGAYON" IN ALL THEATERS IN THE CITY OF MANILA ADMINISTRATION MEASURE Sponsored on the Floor by: Hon. Miles M. Roces, Acting Majority Floor Leader Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, THAT. SECTION 1. The grant of One Hundred Percent (100%) rebate of the amusement tax to Viva Productions for the showing of the movie "Ikaw Lamang Hanggang Ngayon" in all theaters in the City of Manila from February 13 to 26, 2002, is hereby authorized. SECTION 2. Effectivity Clause . This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted by the City Council of Manila at its regular session today, August 20, 2002.
