MANDAUE CITY ORDINANCE NO. 13-2014-892 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE V, SECTION 33 OF ORDINANCE NO. 99/051 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE REVENUE CODE OF THE CITY OF MANDAUE The THIRTEENTH SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD of MANDAUE, with members in session duly assembled, hereby ORDAINS that: SECTION 1. Purpose . This ordinance amends Article V, Section 33 of the Revenue Code of the City of Mandaue (Ordinance No. 99/051) by fixing the rate to be collected for the conduct of Pre-Marriage Counseling Seminar. SECTION 2. Article V, Section 33 (2) of Ordinance No. 99/051 otherwise known as the Revenue Code of the City of Mandaue, is hereby amended to read as follows: "2. Civil Registry Fees: a. Marriage Fees (i) Application Fee Php20.00 (ii) License Fee 20.00 (iii) Solemnization Fee 15.00 (iv) Pre-Marriage Counseling Seminar Fee 100.00" SECTION 3. Repealing Clause . All ordinances, resolutions, orders or parts thereof which are inconsistent herewith are hereby deemed amended and repealed accordingly. SECTION 4. Effectivity Clause . This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its approval by the City Mayor.
