Amending Ordinance No. 97, s-1991 (Mandaluyong Business Tax Code of 1991)

November 18, 1993 SANGGUNIANG BAYAN NG MANDALUYONG METRO MANILA MANDALUYONG ORDINANCE NO. 126-93 ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 97, S-1991, "AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE MANDALUYONG BUSINESS TAX CODE OF 1991" BE IT ENACTED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, in session assembled: SECTION 1. Section 72 of Ordinance No. 97, S-1991 entitled: "AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE MANDALUYONG BUSINESS TAX CODE OF 1991" is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 72. Any person who violates any provision of this Ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not less than One Thousand (P1,000.00) Pesos, nor more than Five Thousand (P5,000.00) Pesos or imprisonment of not less than one (1) month nor more than six (6) months, or both, at the discretion of the Court. If the violation is committed by a juridical person, the president, general manager or any person entrusted with the administration thereof at the time the violation was committed shall be held responsible or liable thereof. SECTION 2. Date of Effectivity . This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval. DONE on this 18th day of November 1993 in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila.
