Ortega AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE ANNUAL INVESTMENT PROGRAM (AIP) OF THE CITY OF MAKATI FOR CY 2015, SUBJECT TO ALL LAWS AND AUDITING RULES AND PROCEDURES WHEREAS, presented before the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Makati is the Annual Investment Program (AIP) for CY 2015 of the City Government of Makati; WHEREAS, the identified various development plans, projects, programs and activities of the City Government of Makati for CY 2015 were evaluated by the Local Development Council; WHEREAS, after a thorough review of the AIP for CY 2015 of the City Government of Makati, it was found out to be in order and in accordance with the city development thrusts; WHEREAS, it is imperative for the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Makati to adopt the AIP of the City Government of Makati. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED, AS IT IS HEREBY ENACTED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF MAKATI, METRO MANILA, BY VIRTUE OF THE POWERS VESTED IN IT BY LAW, IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, that: DEAaIS SECTION 1. The Annual Investment Program (AIP) of the City Government of Makati for CY 2015 is hereby adopted, subject to all laws and auditing rules and procedures. SECTION 2. Copy of the AIP of the City Government of Makati for CY 2015 is hereto attached as Annex "A" and shall form an integral part hereof. SECTION 3. Let copy of this Ordinance be furnished all departments, offices and agencies concerned for their information, guidance and reference. SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval. ENACTED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF MAKATI, METRO MANILA, in its regular session held on October 28, 2014.
