Belleza, be it HTcADC RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to enact the following Ordinance: MACARTHUR MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 004-18 Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of MacArthur, Leyte, in session assembled, that: AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING AN ADDENDUM TO SECTION 4B.01 ON IMPOSITION OF FEES UNDER ARTICLE B. ON LOCAL CIVIL REGISTRY FEES OF THE REVENUE CODE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MacARTHUR, LEYTE ARTICLE B Local Civil Registry Fees SECTION 4B.01. Imposition of Fees . There shall be collected for services rendered by the Municipal Civil Registrar of this Municipality the following fees: (l) Issuance of Civil Registry Documents in Security Paper 1. Security Paper Fee Php50.00 SECTION 5. Effectivity . This Ordinance shall take effect upon approval. CAIHTE Approved unanimously.
