Campos AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING AN ADDENDUM TO SECTION 3A.01 ON MAYOR'S PERMIT OF CHAPTER III ON PERMIT AND REGULATORY FEES OF THE REVENUE CODE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MACARTHUR, LEYTE Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of MacArthur, Leyte, in session assembled, that: CHAPTER III Permit and Regulatory Fees SECTION 3A.01. Mayor's Permit. 5) Other Business q) Crusher P50,000.00/annum p) Mining P2,000,000.00/annum 6) Extraction Fee (metallic minerals) $5/metric ton SECTION 13.01. Effectivity Clause. This ordinance shall take effect after the final review of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Leyte and the requirements of posting and publication prescribed in R.A. 7160 are complied with.
