It is hereby ordered by this body to include the collection fees and charges of tricycle and pedicab used as a service vehicle supplementing the 2007 revised revenue and tax code of the city most particularly Art. VII, Section 82 under the caption Bicycle, Pedicab and Tricycle Regulatory Fees, as follows: CAIHTE Tricycle Service Mayor's permit Php100.00 Sticker 40.00 PNP Clearance 50.00 City Plate 150.00 Doc. All ordinances and resolution that are inconsistent with this ordinance is hereby repealed/amended. SECTION III. Effectivity. This Ordinance shall take effect upon approval of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Albay. SECTION IV. Date Enacted. February 21, 2011.
