November 10, 1978 LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 765 TO : The National Economic and Development Authority The Commission on Population All Ministers Concerned Pursuant to NEDA Resolution No. 23, s. 1978, dated August 24, 1978, approving and adopting the Report of the Special Committee to Review the Philippine Population Program created under Letter of Instructions No. 661, to evaluate policies and programs related to the population in the context of the overall development goals of the country, it is hereby directed that the National Economic and Development Authority, all ministries, the Commission on Population and all other agencies and institutions of the government involved in activities related to the Population Program revise their respective plans and programs and reorient their activities to conform with the recommendations contained in the above-mentioned Report.
