June 2, 1975 LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 282 TO : The Secretary of Finance Manila The Secretary of Industry The Commissioner of Customs Manila In line with the government's policy to utilize fully all industrial productive capacity and promote exports of Philippine manufacturers to generate foreign exchange for the country, you are hereby directed to grant duty drawback under Section 106 (b) of the Tariff and Customs Code as amended, on fuel oil used for the manufacture of cement which is intended for and actually exported, subject to the rules and regulations governing drawback as may be prescribed by the Secretary of Finance, in coordination with the Secretary of Industry. aisa dc DONE in the City of Manila, this 2nd day of June, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Seventy-Five.
