July 12, 1982 LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 1254 TO : Hon. Manuel M. Lazaro All Officials Concerned in the Office of the President As an exception to Sec. 4(2) of Executive Order No. 637 dated December 26, 1980, Presidential Assistant for Legal Affairs Manuel M. Lazaro is hereby authorized to sign by my authority all legal matters brought to the Office of the Presidential Assistant for Legal Affairs, except mining and forestry cases, exploitation of natural resources, money claims, exemption from taxes and importations as well as court martial cases. DONE in the City of Manila, this 12th day of July, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Eighty-Two.
