October 17, 1980 LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 1073 TO : The Minister of Finance The Commissioner of Customs The Commissioner of Internal Revenue In line with the Ten-Year Energy Program of the government, and upon recommendation of the National Economic and Development Authority under NEDA Resolution No. 14, series of 1980, the request of Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation for exemption from the payment of taxes and duties on fabricated and unfabricated steel plates and connecting pipes to be imported for the construction of an additional 40,000 cubic meters floating roof crude storage tank is hereby approved and granted pursuant to the provisions of Section 105 of the Tariff and Customs Code. acd This Letter of Instruction shall take effect immediately.
