Basher-Guinar Assistant Provincial Assessor LANAO DEL SUR RESOLUTION NO. 88-02-A1 WHEREAS, the Provincial Assessor submitted to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan the schedule of Fair Market Value for the different classes of real property prepared by their office; WHEREAS, the schedule of fair market values was prepared in accordance with the rules and regulations issued by the Department of Finance pursuant to the Local Government Code of 1991 and before a general revision of property could be undertaken by the province; WHEREAS, there is a necessity to update the schedule of fair market values at its current value to achieve a viable source of income for the province; WHEREFORE, on joint-sponsorship, duly seconded, the Sanggunian has RESOLVED as it is hereby RESOLVED to enact the following Ordinance, to wit: ORDINANCE NO. 04-2002 AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SCHEDULE OF FAIR MARKET VALUE FOR THE DIFFERENT CLASSES OF PROPERTY/IES IN THE PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL SUR. BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of the province of Lanao del Sur that: SECTION 1. The Schedule of Fair Market Value prepared and submitted by the office of the Provincial Assessor is hereby adopted and shall be the schedule of Fair Market Value to be initially applied to the general revision of real property assessments in the province of Lanao del Sur. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect Ten (10) days after copies hereof shall have been posted in Four (4) conspicuous places in the province. RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish copies of this Ordinance to all concerned agencies and offices for their information, guidance, and for public dissemination.
