April 7, 1976 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 16-76 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned SUBJECT : Publishing the Contents of Department Order No. 10-76 of the Department of Finance For the information and guidance of all concerned, quoted hereunder is Department Order No. 10-76 dated March 23, 1976 of the Department of Finance, which is self-explanatory to wit: "To facilitate the implementation of Department Order No. 40-72 dated April 7, 1972 relative to the attendance of officials and employees in seminars or training program outside their respective offices during office hours being conducted in the Philippines and outside the country, Undersecretary PEDRO M. ALMANZOR is hereby authorized to approve or disapprove recommendations of Heads of Bureaus and Offices under this Department.
