RESOLUTION NO. 2019-115 ISB RESOLUTION ENACTING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5C.07 ON THE VIOLATIONS COMMITTED BY THE TRICYCLE DRIVERS OR OPERATORS, UNDER ARTICLE C. CHAPTER V OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 2015-209 ISB OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE "REVISED REVENUE CODE OF 2015" WHEREAS , brought to the attention of this Honorable Body for deliberation and consideration is the PROPOSED ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5C.07 ON THE VIOLATIONS COMMITTED BY THE TRICYCLE DRIVERS OR OPERATORS, UNDER ARTICLE C. CHAPTER V OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 2015-209 ISB OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE "REVISED REVENUE CODE OF 2015" to properly effect the new fines imposed on the violations committed by the tricycle drivers or operators in the Municipality of Isulan; WHEREAS , this Honorable Body believes that to put things in its proper perspective and to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of the existing traffic ordinances of this municipality, it is deemed imperative that the herein new fines shall be imposed.
