RESOLUTION NO. 2019-21 ISB RESOLUTION ENACTING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7A.01, ARTICLE A, CHAPTER VII OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 2015-209 ISB OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE "REVISED REVENUE CODE OF 2015" BY INCLUSION OF THREE THOUSAND PESOS (P3,000.00)/STALL MONTHLY RATE FOR THE NEWLY CONSTRUCTED AGORA B ANNEX BUILDING COMPRISING OF TWELVE (12) STALLS WITH A UNIFORM DIMENSION OF 3.5X5 SQUARE METERS LOCATED AT THE BACK OF AMANAH BUILDING BESIDE THE RICE SECTION INSIDE THE PUBLIC MARKET WHEREAS , Section 447 of R.A. 7160 or the Local Government Code of 1991, the Sangguniang Bayan is empowered to enact ordinances authorizing the issuance of permits or licenses, or enact ordinances levying taxes, fees and charges upon such conditions and for such purposes intended to promote the general welfare of the inhabitants of the municipality; WHEREAS , in the active pursuit of programs and measures that endeavors to make this municipality financially and economically viable, it is indispensable in the part the Municipal Government of Isulan to focus on the development of economic enterprise by constructing various infrastructure projects inside the public market of this municipality; WHEREAS , a new market building was constructed comprising of 12 stalls intended for the dry goods section which will surely generate additional revenues and in the end, adequately provide more services to the Isulanons; NOW THEREFORE , after due deliberation and upon motion of Hon. Mariblithe A. Catujano-Garingo duly seconded by Hon. Rene F. Aristoza and Hon. Pableto A. SECTION 7A.01, ARTICLE A, CHAPTER VII OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 2015-209 ISB otherwise known as the "Revised Revenue Code of 2015 is hereby amended to read: "Article A. Market Fees Section 7A.01. This Ordinance shall take effect upon approval and compliance with the mandatory posting and publication requirement, prescribed under R.A. 7160, otherwise known as, the Local Government Code of 1991. CAIHTE ENACTED , this 6th day of February, 2019.
