Biel, duly seconded by all members present, Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Isabela, Province of Basilan, that: SECTION 1. Section 5 (F1) 15 of Ordinance No. 15-438, is hereby amended to read as follow: Imposition of Market Fees and Charges There shall be collected the following market fees and charges: A. Rates of Stalls in the Public Market. The Sangguniang Panlungsod shall, determine the rate per day to be paid for the use of all stalls.
