Resolution Amending the IRR of R.A. 8794

February 20, 1996 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 004-96 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to renew the balance of the tax subsidy previously granted in favor of the Light Rail Transit Authority, pursuant to FIRB Resolution No. 9-95, as amended by FIRB Resolution Nos. 25-95 and 32-95 (Renewing the subsidy availment previously granted to the Light Rail Transit Authority, pursuant to FIRB Resolution No. 22-94/amending the validity date of the Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0117, pursuant to FIRB Resolution No. 25-95), in the amount of P18 . 40 million only , representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of regular operating and maintenance materials, equipment and spare parts, for its light rail transit operations: Provided , That such availment shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 12 of the 1996 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93.
