October 13, 1994 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 030-94 SUBJECT : Land Bank of the Philippines (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to deny the application for subsidy availment of the Land Bank of the Philippines in the amount of P46,087,922 . 29 only , broken down as follows: P25,993,792 . 98 , representing the income tax due therefrom for the taxable year 1982; and P20,094,130.01, representing its gross receipts tax liability for the first quarter of 1986. aisadc (SGD.)
