August 15, 1966 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 56-66 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned Quoted hereunder is MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 60 of the Office of the President, dated July 22, 1966, "lifting the ban against speaking engagements of Department Secretaries and heads of Government Corporations" as follows: "LIFTING THE BAN AGAINST SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS OF DEPARTMENT SECRETARIES AND HEADS OF GOVERNMENT CORPORATIONS.
