SHELF REGISTRATION OF P30,000,000,000.00 FIXED-RATE RETAIL BONDS NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on 9 October 2019, a sworn Registration Statement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on behalf of VISTA LAND & LIFESCAPES, INC. (the "Company") for the shelf registration of up to THIRTY BILLION PESOS (P30,000,000,000.00) worth of Fixed-Rate Retail Bonds. The offer by the Company shall consist of FIVE BILLION PESOS (P5,000,000,000.00) with an oversubscription option of up to FIVE BILLION PESOS (P5,000,000,000.00) (the "Offer Bonds") at an offer price equivalent to the face value of the Offer Bonds. Of the Offer Bonds, the oversubscription of FIVE BILLION PESOS (P5,000,000,000.00) shall come from the new Thirty Billion Pesos (P30,000,000,000.00) shelf registration and FIVE BILLION PESOS (P5,000,000,000.00) shall come from the existing Twenty Billion Pesos (P20,000,000,000.00) shelf registration of the Company.
