Correcting Some Erroneous Entries as Contained under Provincial Ordinance No. 2009-015, Particularly in Annexes "B" and "C" for the Schedule of Fair Market Values for Agricultural Lands (Coffee Land-Per Hectare) and the Schedule of Fair Market Values for Urban Lands (Commercial), Respectively

December 1, 2009 IFUGAO PROVINCIAL RESOLUTION NO. 1044-09 CORRECTING SOME ERRONEOUS ENTRIES AS CONTAINED UNDER PROVINCIAL ORDINANCE NO. 2009-015, PARTICULARLY IN ANNEXES "B" AND "C" FOR THE SCHEDULE OF FAIR MARKET VALUES FOR AGRICULTURAL LANDS (COFFEE LAND-PER HECTARE) AND THE SCHEDULE OF FAIR MARKET VALUES FOR URBAN LANDS (COMMERCIAL), RESPECTIVELY WHEREAS , the Provincial Assessor, in his letter dated 09 November 2009, forwarded his observations on Provincial Ordinance No. 2009-015, particularly some amendment on the annexes to which this Body is agreeable to; WHEREAS , the entries in Annex "B," which is the Schedule of Fair Market Values for Agricultural Lands (Coffee Land-per hectare), particularly for the Municipality of Lagawe, should be amended as the values quoted therein are different from the rest when all the municipalities of this province should have similar values for such; WHEREAS , Annex "C" which provides for the Schedule of Fair Market Values for Urban Lands (Commercial) should be amended as the entry in the 3rd Column which is Five Hundred Pesos (PhP500.00) is supposedly for the Municipality of Alfonso Lista and not in the Municipality of Aguinaldo as there are no commercial lands in the latter; WHEREFORE , on motion of Hon. Rodolfo T. Dulnuan, duly seconded and upon unanimous vote: RESOLVED , to correct some erroneous entries as contained under Provincial Ordinance No. 2009-015, particularly in Annexes "B" and "C" for the Schedule of Fair Market Values for Agricultural Lands (Coffee Land-per hectare) and the Schedule of Fair Market Values for Urban Lands (Commercial), respectively, to state as: Annex "B" x x x SCHEDULE OF FAIR MARKET VALUES FOR AGRICULTURAL LANDS (Coffee Land-per hectare) MUNICIPALITIES 1st 2nd 3rd x x x 8.
