Jumawid, Sr. ABC President GERONA ORDINANCE NO. 448-14 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TAX ORDINANCE NO. 01, SERIES OF 2010, ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE ENACTING THE REVISED MUNICIPAL REVENUE CODE OF GERONA, TARLAC" WHEREAS, a petition by the different Tricycle Operator's and Driver's Association of Gerona, to remove the payment of a court clearance was received and discussed by the Sangguniang Bayan in committee hearings, and found to be meritorious. NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Eloy C. Eclar, Chairman of the Committee on Public Works, Housing, Transportation and Communication and duly seconded. BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Gerona, Tarlac, in session assembled, that: ETHIDa SECTION 1. Section 3.O.03. 1f.2f.3f. Court Clearance of fifty pesos (P50.00) will be removed. SECTION 2. All other items in the Municipal Revised Revenue Code of Gerona, Tarlac not affected shall remain in full force and effect. All other ordinances that are inconsistent with any provision of this ordinance shall be deemed amended or modified accordingly. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
