NOTICE Gentlemen: Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the court En Banc dated September 15, 1987 : Acting on the petition for review on certiorari of the decision of the Court of Tax Appeals, the Court resolved to REMAND the aforesaid petition to the Court of Appeals for proper disposition. Such cases emanating from the Court of Tax Appeals now fall within the exclusive appellate jurisdiction of the Court of Appeals under Section 9 of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129. Very truly yours, DANIEL T.
