EN BANC [G.R. No. 101593. March 9, 1992.] REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES , petitioner , vs . COURT OF TAX APPEALS , respondents . NOTICE Gentlemen: Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated November 18, 1991 : Acting on the motion of the Solicitor General for reconsideration of the resolution of October 9, 1991 which denied their motion for an extension of time to file a petition for review on certiorari , the Court RESOLVED to DENY the same with FINALITY, no cogent reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought. cdt Accordingly, the petition for review on certiorari is hereby DISMISSED for having been filed out of time on October 31, 1991, due date being September 18, 1991, besides the fact that the Solicitor General failed to submit the registry receipts as proof of service on the respondents of copies of the aforesaid petition, pursuant to Circular No. 19-91 dated August 13, 1991.
