December 11, 1990 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 059-90 SUBJECT : National Electrification Administration (4) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to deny the request for subsidy availment of the National Electrification Administration in the amount of P318,633,615 . 49 only, representing the taxes and duties due on its importation for the year 1990. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to endorse for the immediate consideration and implementation of the NEA the thorough review of the operations of electric cooperatives monitored by it, for purposes of making more realistic their power rate structure. cdt (SGD.)
