December 7, 1992 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 057-92 SUBJECT : National Electrification Administration (3) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend FIRB Resolution No. 29-92 previously issued in favor of the National Electrification Administration, to read as follows: "BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to endorse to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the National Electrification Administration in the amount of P188 . 28 million only, representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of BARE steel poles, INCLUDING ACCESSORIES THEREOF, for the year 1992 in connection with the Canadian Steel Poles Project: Provided , That such availment shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 15 of the 1992 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93: Provided, Further , THAT THE TAXES AND DUTIES DUE ON THE BARE STEEL POLES AND THEIR ACCESSORIES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF SUBSIDY EARLIER REFERRED TO."
