December 6, 1985 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 054-85 SUBJECT : Philippine Center for Economic Development BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the tax exemption privileges of the Philippine Center for Economic Development granted under P.D. 453 and withdrawn by P.D. 1931, remain revoked effective June 11, 1984 considering that its profitable operation enables it to shoulder its tax liabilities aside from the fact that it has been receiving subsidies from the government. cd (SGD.)
