December 7, 1992 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 052-92 SUBJECT : Philippine Coconut Authority BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to deny the application for subsidy availment of the Philippine Coconut Authority in the amount of P16,245,148 . 00 only, representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of 128 units of various types of motor vehicles, consisting of: 71 units Single Cab Pick-up (4WD); 29 units Double Cab Pick-up (4WD); 15 units Double Cab Pick-up (2WD); 10 units 6 Wheeler Cargo Truck; and 3 units Commuter Van, for use in connection with its Small Coconut Farms Development Project, under World Bank-International Bank for Reconstruction and Development Loan Agreement No. 3204 PH.
