October 1, 1985 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 052-85 SUBJECT : Service Contractors/Petroleum Service Subcontractors BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the tax and duty exemption privileges of: (1) petroleum service contractors under PD 87, as amended, and their subcontractors under PD 1354; (2) coal operating contractors under PD 972, as amended; and (3) geothermal service contractors under PD 1442; and withdrawn by PD 1955, are hereby restored effective 15 October 1984.
