November 9, 1990 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 051-90 SUBJECT : Philippine Rice Research Institute BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of the Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0042 issued in favor of Philippine Rice Research Institute pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution No. 36-90 (Endorsing to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Philippine Rice Research Institute in the amount of P48,699,208.94 only representing taxes and duties, due on its importations of equipment and materials for its project under a grant from the Japanese Government) from September 30, 1990 to December 31, 1990. cd (SGD.)
