November 9, 1990 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 048-90 SUBJECT : Philippine National Railways BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of the Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0047 issued in favor of Philippine National Railways pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution No. 43-90 (Endorsing to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Philippine National Railways in the amount of P3,144,059.00 only representing the taxes and duties on its importations in connection with its rehabilitation program) from November 15, 1990 to December 31, 1990.
