November 9, 1990 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 047-90 SUBJECT : Light Rail Transit Authority BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of the Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0046 issued in favor of Light Rail Transit Authority pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution No. 42-90 (Endorsing to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Light Rail Transit Authority in the amount of P5,322,879.10 only representing taxes and duties due on its importations of various spare parts requirements in connection with its light rail transit operation) from November 15, 1990 to December 31, 1990. cdt (SGD.)
