September 5, 1990 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 045-90 SUBJECT : Light Rail Transit Authority (5) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of the Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0030 issued in favor of Light Rail Transit Authority pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution No. 17-90 (Endorsing to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Light Rail Transit Authority in the amount of P7,049,847.00 only representing taxes and duties due on its importations for the period 1989) from July 31, 1990 to September 30, 1990. cdt (SGD.)
