June 14, 1985 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 044-85 SUBJECT : Balik-Scientist Program BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That effective October 15, 1984, the tax and duty exemption privileges granted to the Balik-Scientist Program under PD 819, as amended, and withdrawn by PD 1955 remain revoked except the following: (a) The tax and duty-free entry of professional instruments and implements under the National Internal Revenue Code and the Tariff and Customs Code pursuant to Ministry Order No. 39-84. aisadc (b) The tax exemption privileges on local purchases under the Internal Exports Program under LOI 1355 and restored pursuant to FIRB Resolution No. 7-85.
