June 14, 1985 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 043-85 SUBJECT : KKK Processing Center Authority BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That: 1. The tax and duty exemption privileges granted to the KKK Processing Center Authority under Sections 12 and 13 of EO 866 and withdrawn by PD 1931, remain revoked effective June 11, 1984; and cd 2. The tax and duty exemption privileges granted to enterprises located within KKK regional processing centers under Section 10 of EO 866, and withdrawn by PD 1955, remain revoked effective October 15, 1984.
