December 9, 1994 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 041-94 SUBJECT : Export Processing Zone Authority (2) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the application for subsidy availment of the Export Processing Zone Authority in amount of P17,749,262 . 00 only , representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of materials and equipment in connection with the on-going implementation of the Cavite Export Processing Zone (CEPZ) Development Project under the 17th OECF Yen Loan Package: Provided , That the availment thereof shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 15 of the 1994 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of fund therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93.
