September 5, 1990 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 041-90 SUBJECT : National Electrification Administration (4) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend FIRB Resolution No. 34-90, previously issued in favor of the National Electrification Administration, as follows: "BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to endorse to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the National Electrification Administration in the amount of P30,669,893 . 32 only, representing taxes and duties due on its importations intended for the use of electric cooperatives pursuant to the terms and conditions of Presidential Decree No. 269 (Creating the National Electrification Administration, prescribing its powers and activities, appropriating the necessary funds therefor and declaring a national policy objective for the total electrification of the Philippines on an area coverage basis; the organization, promotion and development of electric cooperatives to attain the said objective, and for other purposes) as described in the accompanying Annex A of this Resolution: Provided , That such amount shall be chargeable against the 1990 Tax Expenditures Fund, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93."
